Returned Packages: The consumer is responsible for paying the shipping cost if any merchandise is returned to U R Unique2.

Lost or Stolen Packages: U R Unique2 is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, then you must contact the United States Postal Service at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
